Day 39 - exhausting hours in the snow

I walked 4 miles through the Fells in the middle knee high super wet snow attempting to find some good turns. Unfortunately, I forgot to turn on the POV camera for the best run of the day. Oh well.

And then right at the end of the hike, I broke the toe strap on my right foot binding while strapping in. Fortunately, I had an extra one in my pack and after getting my hands nice and cold with the wet snow I managed to remove the binding, insert the new strap in, and remount the binding. The last step was the hardest as there was stray snow everywhere around the binding mount and disc.

And then when I finally got home I shoveled out our driveway, spare parking spot and walkway by hand. Oof. That was an ass kicking after hiking around for a couple of hours for turns!
